All enquiries regarding purchase, delivery or complaints should be directed to the above.

A pre-order is a binding purchase agreement. You buy the NordicStealth Awning System at the price shown on the product page, including VAT, and receive it when the first series ships.

At the time of order you choose whether you pay the full price straight away, or pay a deposit now and the rest when the system ships. If you choose the deposit, your payment card is stored with Shopify, and we charge the rest of the price to that card on the day of shipping. You are notified before we charge.

You can cancel your order free of charge until the system has been dispatched. Write to info@nordicstealth.com and we will cancel and refund everything you have paid no later than 14 days after your message. The refund is made using the same means of payment you used for the purchase. If more than 120 days have passed since your payment, it is instead made by bank transfer to an account you specify. After delivery, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the system, see section 5.

The price is shown on the product page and in the order, and includes VAT.

VAT is settled at the rate of the delivery country. The price shown is the final price, whichever EU country it is delivered to.

You either pay the full price at the time of order, or a deposit now and the rest when it ships. The amounts are shown on the product page and at checkout before you order. If you choose the deposit, you consent to your card being stored with Shopify and to us charging the rest to it when the system ships. You are notified before we charge. If the amount cannot be charged, you are given a deadline to pay by other means, and if that does not happen, we cancel the order and refund the deposit. A deposit can only be paid by payment card; the other payment methods are shown at checkout. Any refund is made using the same means of payment you used for the purchase. If more than 120 days have passed since your payment, the refund is instead made by bank transfer to an account you specify.

Prices are in Danish kroner (DKK).

Expected delivery: March 2027.

Free delivery to Denmark, Germany and other EU countries. Delivery to other countries will be agreed separately.

The order confirmation states the expected delivery: March 2027. If delivery is delayed, we notify you as soon as possible with a new date. If the goods are not delivered within a reasonable additional period that you then set, you may terminate the purchase under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

You may unpack the goods and examine their nature, characteristics and functioning in the same way you could in a physical shop. You can withdraw even if the packaging has been opened and the goods have been tried out. If the goods have been handled beyond what was necessary to examine them and have lost value as a result, we may deduct that loss of value from your refund.

To withdraw, give us an unambiguous notice before the deadline, for example via the withdrawal function on this site, using the model withdrawal form, or by email to info@nordicstealth.com. The goods must then be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us.

We refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that they have been sent. The refund is made using the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. If more than 120 days have passed since your payment, it is instead made by bank transfer to an account you specify.

We pay the return shipping when you send the system back from an EU country. Write to us before you send it, and we will arrange the collection. The system ships in a box that is larger than the 123 × 20 × 20 cm bag, and it cannot be sent by ordinary post.

You can withdraw digitally via the "Withdraw from contract" function on this site. The function is available throughout the withdrawal period, and when you use it, we confirm receipt by email without undue delay.

You can also use the statutory model withdrawal form (Annex 3 to the Danish Consumer Contracts Act). It is available on this site, and we also send it to you by email after you order. You are not required to use the function or the form. Any unambiguous statement that you withdraw is sufficient.

You have a two-year legal guarantee under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. A claim must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. A claim made within two months of discovering the defect is always in time.

Complaints should be directed to info@nordicstealth.com with a description and photos of the defect.

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please write to us first at info@nordicstealth.com so we can try to resolve the matter.

If the matter is not resolved, you can as a consumer complain to the Centre for Complaint Resolution and the Danish Consumer Complaints Board via naevneneshus.dk. If you live in another EU country, you can also seek help from the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) in your country.

Hjortborg Solutions ApS is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or consequential damages.

This limitation does not apply where liability follows from mandatory law, including product liability law, and it does not limit liability for personal injury.

The system fits large vans from L2 up with three factory-fitted roof anchors along the roof edge. The Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter and MAN TGE are fitted using the mounting kit that is included, in the holes already present in the roof channel. The rail must not be fitted to other vehicles, including vans shorter than L2.

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in another country, this choice of law does not affect the protection granted to you by mandatory consumer rules of your own country.

As a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of the country where you live, and proceedings against you as a consumer may only be brought there. For business customers, disputes are settled by the Copenhagen City Court.
