NordicStealth is Hjortborg Solutions ApS' own brand. We build gear for people who travel in large vans from L2 and up.
It started
at a dealership.
I built kitchens for campervans at a Danish dealership with more than 35 years of experience. The dealer's customers wanted shade, but more and more said no to cassette awnings because they ruin the van's clean look.
So I built an aluminium rail that is bolted to the van's own factory anchors on the roof. No new holes are drilled. You put the sail up when you want shade and pack it back into the van afterwards.
Several prototypes followed, and more than 12 months of testing, refinement and trips out to the dealership. That became NordicStealth.

The right material for every part
Rail in powder-coated aluminium. Sail in marine-grade acrylic. Bolts and nuts in stainless steel. The ground anchors are powder-coated.
Built for the large vans
NordicStealth fits vans from L2 and up. If the van has the factory's own anchors in the roof, the rail bolts straight onto them. The Ford Transit, Mercedes Sprinter, VW Crafter and MAN TGE do not have them, so a mounting kit that creates the anchors comes in the box. If the van is shorter than L2, the sail does not fit, and we would rather say so now than later.
Direct and through dealers
You can buy directly here on the site. At the same time we are looking for dealers who know their customers. No marketplaces.
