You have 14 days to change your mind from the day you receive the system. That follows from the law. If you have ordered but not yet received anything, you can cancel right up until we ship. Fill in the form here and press Confirm withdrawal, and you have withdrawn. We will send you a receipt by email without undue delay.

You can also withdraw with any clear message to us, an email for example. The form here is simply the easiest way, because then we get all the details at once.
