All enquiries regarding purchase, delivery or complaints should be directed to the above.

A pre-order is a non-binding registration to receive the NordicStealth Awning System at the launch price.

When registering: • No payment is made • You assume no obligation • You receive a confirmation by email • You will be contacted directly before the product is ready for delivery, with final order confirmation, payment instructions and a specific expected delivery date

You may withdraw your registration at any time by emailing info@nordicstealth.com.

The launch price is €1,671 including VAT.

VAT is settled at the rate of the delivery country. The price shown is the final price, whichever EU country it is delivered to.

Payment is due at the final order confirmation, not at pre-order registration. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at order confirmation.

Prices are in EUR and include VAT. Any price changes will be communicated before the final order.

Expected delivery: Q1 2027.

Free delivery to Denmark, Germany and other EU countries. Delivery to other countries will be agreed separately.

The final order confirmation states a specific expected delivery date. If delivery is delayed, we notify you as soon as possible with a new date. If the goods are not delivered within a reasonable additional period set by you, you may cancel the purchase in accordance with applicable law.

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

You may unpack the goods and examine their nature, characteristics and functioning in the same way you could in a physical shop. You can withdraw even if the packaging has been opened and the goods have been tried out. If the goods have been handled beyond what was necessary to examine them and have lost value as a result, we may deduct that loss of value from your refund.

To withdraw, give us an unambiguous notice before the deadline, for example via the withdrawal function on this site, using the model withdrawal form, or by email to info@nordicstealth.com. The goods must then be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us.

We refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs, no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that they have been sent. The refund is made using the same means of payment you used for the purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the goods are defective.

You can withdraw digitally via the "Withdraw from contract" function on this site. The function is available throughout the withdrawal period, and when you use it, we immediately confirm receipt by email.

You can also use the statutory model withdrawal form, which is available on this site and is sent to you with the order confirmation. You are not required to use the function or the form. Any unambiguous statement that you withdraw is sufficient.

You have legal conformity rights under applicable consumer sales law for a minimum of two years from delivery. The law of your country of residence may give you longer or additional rights, and nothing in these terms limits them. Complaints must be raised within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.

Complaints should be directed to info@nordicstealth.com with a description and photos of the defect.

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please write to us first at info@nordicstealth.com so we can try to resolve the matter.

If the matter is not resolved, you can as a consumer complain to the Danish dispute resolution bodies at Naevneneshus.dk (Center for Klageløsning and the Danish Consumer Complaints Board). If you live in another EU country, you can also seek help from the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) in your country.

Hjortborg Solutions ApS is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or consequential damages.

This limitation does not apply where liability follows from mandatory law, including product liability law, and it does not limit liability for personal injury.

The product is designed for the Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer and Citroën Jumper and, with roof-mounted adapters, the Mercedes Sprinter and VW Crafter. Use on other vehicles is at the buyer's own risk.

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer with your habitual residence in another country, this choice of law does not affect the protection granted to you by mandatory consumer rules of your own country.

As a consumer, you may bring proceedings before the courts of the country where you live, and proceedings against you as a consumer may only be brought there. For business customers, disputes are settled by the Copenhagen City Court.
