Terms and conditions for pre-ordering and purchasing the NordicStealth Awning System.

1. Seller

All enquiries regarding purchase, delivery or complaints should be directed to the above.
2. Pre-order (presale)
A pre-order is a non-binding registration to receive the NordicStealth Awning System at the launch price.
When registering: • No payment is made • You assume no obligation • You receive a confirmation by email • You will be contacted directly before the product is ready for delivery, with final order confirmation and payment instructions
You may withdraw your registration at any time by emailing jhk@hjortborgsolutions.dk.
3. Price and payment
The launch price is DKK 12,500 incl. 25% VAT.
Payment is due at the final order confirmation, not at pre-order registration. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at order confirmation.
Prices are in DKK and include VAT. Any price changes will be communicated before the final order.
4. Delivery
Expected delivery: Q3/Q4 2026.
Free delivery to Denmark, Germany and other EU countries. Delivery to other countries will be agreed separately.
The delivery date is indicative. Hjortborg Solutions ApS is not liable for delays caused by the manufacturer, freight carriers or force majeure.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Return must be in original packaging and unused condition. Notify of withdrawal at jhk@hjortborgsolutions.dk before the deadline.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the goods are defective.
6. Complaint and warranty
A 2-year right of complaint applies in accordance with applicable consumer sales law. Complaints must be raised within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered.
Complaints should be directed to jhk@hjortborgsolutions.dk with a description and photos of the defect.
7. Limitation of liability
Hjortborg Solutions ApS is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit or consequential damages.
The product is designed for the Sevel platform (Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Citroën Jumper). Use on other vehicles is at the buyer's own risk.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by the Copenhagen City Court, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
