2. Cookies
This website uses only a single essential cookie (ns_cookie_consent) that stores your cookie consent preference. It contains no personal data and is not shared with third parties.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. No data is sent to Google, Meta, or any other third-party service.
3. Form data (pre-order & contact)
When you submit the pre-order or contact form on this website, we collect:
• Your name • Your email address • Your phone number (pre-order) or optional (contact) • Your company name (optional, contact only) • The message you write (contact only)
Pre-order data is used solely to contact you with order details and the launch price. Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. Neither is sold, shared, or used for marketing without your explicit consent.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Processing necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Data is retained for 5 years from the date of submission, after which it is deleted.

Under GDPR you have the right to:

5. Data security
Your data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely. Pre-order form data is also stored in a private Notion database accessible only to Hjortborg Solutions ApS for order fulfilment purposes. Contact form data is delivered by email and not stored in a database. All data is handled in accordance with our service providers' security practices (Resend for email delivery, Notion for pre-order storage).

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The date of the most recent revision is shown below. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
