Most awning systems are permanent. The box and the hardware stay on the roof whether you need shade or not. We questioned whether that was necessary.

The only permanent part is a slim aluminium rail. The sail, the poles and all the hardware pack into a bag inside the van. Setup takes 10 minutes, solo. When you drive, there is nothing to see.

That is why it is called NordicStealth.

The Rail Stays Forever.

Three sections of powder-coated aluminium connect flush with stainless steel clips. Attaches to standard factory roof anchor points via precision adapters. No permanent modifications to the van. It is permanent.

Marine canvas filters the light. Under the awning there is room for a table, chairs and shade for the whole group. Six anchors keep the sail taut in any weather. The same setup, every time.

10 Minutes to Rig.

The keder edge slides in from one end. The sail slides into the channel. One person, no tools. Stows in the carry bag inside the van. Nothing on the roof except the rail.

Storage

Everything fits in one bag.

The sail, the poles, the anchors and all the hardware pack into one bag. 123 cm long, 20 cm wide, 20 cm tall. It is stored in the boot under the bed platform and stays there until you need it. When you drive, there is nothing to see.

A stealth awning is a campervan and van awning that stays invisible when packed away. NordicStealth is a stealth awning for campervans: only a slim aluminium rail follows the roofline, while the sail, straps and stakes stow inside the van. Unlike a bulky cassette awning, nothing signals that it is a campervan when parked in the city.

Sevel platform only: Fiat Ducato, Peugeot Boxer, Citroën Jumper. All wheelbase variants from 2006 onwards share the same factory roof anchor points.

The rail attaches to the van's existing factory roof anchor points via precision adapters. No permanent modifications to the vehicle. It can be removed without leaving a trace.

Under 10 minutes for full deployment. One person. No tools required. The keder edge slides into the rail channel from one end. The whole process is tool-free.

The rail stays on the roof permanently. The sail, straps and ground stakes stow in the carry bag inside the van. Under a bed, behind seats, or in a floor locker.
